All Hair Sales Are Final
At Autumn Arie, we take pride in the quality of our hair products. As such, all hair purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds for any reason.
Exceptions
Exceptions to our final sale policy may be made for exchanges under the following conditions:
- The hair is in its original condition, unaltered and uncolored.
- Requests for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Exchange Process
Customers are eligible for a one-time exchange for hair of the same length, provided it meets the conditions outlined above. Exchanges for different lengths or textures may be accommodated, subject to additional charges.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at autumnarieco@gmail.com. Provide your order number and details regarding the exchange request. Our team will guide you through the process.
Autumn Arie reserves the right to refuse exchanges if the hair does not meet the specified conditions.
Shipping fees for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an exchange is processed, the new hair will be shipped out promptly.
